Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FomoGadget. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

We will issue a replacement or refund for damaged or broken items upon verification. If you have purchased route package protection, lost items will also be covered.

Return Processing Time: Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to process. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

For items exceeding $500, inspect the product upon arrival for damages. Failure to do so will exempt FomoGadget and its sellers from liability. If the product is damaged and Route Package Protection was not purchased, file a claim and provide us with the claim number.

Once your return is received, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate based on your preference.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a gift certificate. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect in your payment account. Gift certificates may take up to 48 hours to arrive via email and 2-6 business days for post mail delivery.

Refunds do not include shipping costs and are only issued for returned items.

Ineligible Returns

The following items are ineligible for returns:

  • Custom, Handmade, Dropship, Elderly, Health Care, Bed and Bath (including mattresses, towels, sheets, and pillowcases), and Shoes are final sale.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return refunds can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days. After 12 months, a check will be issued. If the original payment card is canceled, expired, or closed, a check will be issued.

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. Ensure the item is sent back to the seller’s designated return address securely.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to product defects or inaccuracies in the item description.

Original Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Fees: Buyers are responsible for any additional costs incurred during the return process, such as customs fees and insurance.
